Professional background: Prior to joining Borrelli & Associates, P.L.L.C., Michael B. Engle clerked at a full service litigation firm on Long Island. Mr. Engle was awarded the Eugene M. Wypyski Memorial Endowed Distinguished Academic Scholarship upon enrolling at Hofstra Law School, and graduated as the co-recipient of the 2016 student of the year award for excellence in labor and employment law courses. While in law school, he served as the Technology Editor for the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal, and interned at the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of New York, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the New York City Office of Labor Relations. Mr. Engle is also a prolific author in legal scholarship, with articles published in the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and the DePaul Journal of Sports Law & Contemporary Problems.
