Samir Abdel-Mesih, 53, is suing the venerable New York hotel for age and race discrimination in a suit filed in Queens Supreme Court.

Egyptian-born Samir Abdel-Mesih, 53, a longtime banquet captain, is suing the hotel for allegedly cutting his gratuities in half and trying to replace him with younger white employees, according to the suit, filed by lawyers Peter Famighetti and Michael Borrelli, in Queens Supreme Court.
