Professional Background: Prior to joining Borrelli & Associates, P.L.L.C., Noah Page worked with a prominent multi-practice firm, specializing in the firm’s Municipal Law, Labor Relations & Employment Law, and Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution practice groups. Mr. Page advised school districts in matters relating to appeals to the Commissioner of Education, impartial special education hearings under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and New York Education Law, and student disciplinary proceedings. Mr. Page also advised both municipalities and school districts regarding Freedom of Information and Open Meetings Law issues. Furthermore, Mr. Page assisted police departments in the Hudson Valley in all aspects of applications for Extreme Risk Protection Orders before state courts.
Previously, Mr. Page worked as an intern in private practice focusing on Bankruptcy Law, and for the 1st District of the New York Supreme Court, Civil Branch. As a student at Cardozo School of Law, he was a Staff Editor, and later a Senior Editor of the Cardozo Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. Mr. Page also joined the Mediation Clinic at Cardozo as a legal intern, where he successfully mediated cases for the New York City Small Claims Court.
