On July 10, 2015 Lead Plaintiff Boris Medina on behalf of himself and those similarly situated filed a class and collective action lawsuit in United States District Court – Southern District of New York vs. POS Solutions NJ LLC and Glen Gray. Mr. Medina worked for Defendants, a technology service company that provides technological support to its client throughout New York and New Jersey. Plaintiff worked for Defendants as a technician with duties that required him to travel to customer locations throughout New York and New Jersey from December 2010 through May 15, 2015.
