$100,000.00 – Disability Discrimination Case – Firm represented a decorated veteran of the United States Army against his former employer for disability discrimination pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (“ADA”), and the New York State Human Rights Law, as well as common law defamation.
