Firm represented a female employee against her former company for sex discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights of 1964, as amended, the New York State Human Rights Law and the New York City Human Rights Law.  After sending a letter of demand, the Firm negotiated a settlement in the amount of $110,000.00.  Andrew C. Weiss handled the matter for the Firm.
