Deborah Greggio v. Premier Cardiology Consultants, PLLC., et al Case No. 16-cv-05880

On October 21, 2016 Deborah Greggio on behalf of herself, individually, and on behalf of all others similarly-situated, filed a class and collective action lawsuit in United States District Court – Eastern District of New York vs. Premier Cardiology Consultants, PLLC. As alleged in the complaint, the plaintiff worked for Premier Cardiology Consultants (PCC) as a receptionist and was required to work 50 hours per week every other week. For those 10 hours over the initial 40, the defendant failed to pay Ms. Greggio at the mandated overtime rate as required by the New York Labor Law, New York Compensation Codes Rules and Regulations, and the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
