On October 16, 2014, Lead Plaintiff Jason Vasquez on behalf of himself and those similarly situated filed a class action lawsuit in United States District Court – Southern District of New York vs. Airwair International, Ltd., R. Griggs Group, Ltd., and Dr. Martens Airwair USA LLC.  On October 14, 2014, Mr. Vasquez used his personal credit card to make a purchase at Defendants’ New York City Soho store, which sells shoes, clothes and accessories for men and women.  Mr. Vasquez received a paper receipt at the point of sale, which displayed the entire expiration date of his credit card in violation of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act.  If any person received a paper receipt displaying more than the last four digits of their debit or credit card, or the entire expiration date for a credit or debit card at any of the stores operated by the Defendants in the lawsuit during the time period of October 16, 2009 – October 16, 2014 or has information that may be relevant to this case, contact Borrelli & Associates, P.L.L.C. as soon as possible through via this website (516) 248–5550, (516) ABOGADO, and (212) 679–5000.
