$110,000.00 – Hostile Work Environment & Gender Discrimination Case

Firm represented a male staff member against his former employer for egregious hostile work environment sexual harassment and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (“Title VII”), the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law. After sending a demand letter and engaging in negotiations, the Respondent to the letter filed for bankruptcy.  The firm persisted in settlement efforts with the case concluding in a settlement in the amount of $110,000.00.  Michael J.
