Firm represented a male staff member against his former employer for race and national origin discrimination, and retaliation, collectively in violation of Section 1981 of Title 42 of the United States Code, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the New York State Human Rights Law.  After sending a demand letter and engaging in negotiations, the case concluded in a settlement in the amount of $150,000.00.  Anthony P.
