$325,000.00– Disability Discrimination and Retaliation – Firm represented a female staff member against her former employer for disability discrimination and retaliation, in collective violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the New York State Human Rights Law, Sections 215 and 740 of the New York Labor Law, and Sections 7 and 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act. After sending a demand letter and engaging in mediation, the Firm negotiated a settlement of $325,000.00.  Alexander T. Coleman handled the matter for the Firm.
