$345,000.00– Violation of the New York Labor Law & Retaliation

Firm represented a driver against his former employer for disability and religious discrimination and retaliation, collectively in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the New York State Human Rights Law, and the New York City Human Rights Law, as well as retaliation under the NYLL Section 740 various violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York Labor Law, interference with his rights under the National Labor Relations Act, intentional infliction of emotional distress and assault and battery. After sending a demand letter and engaging in direct negotiations, the, the Firm negotiated a settlement after mediation of $345,000.00.  Michael J.
