Borrelli & Associates Announces Andrew C. Weiss, Esq. Has Been Named Partner

Borrelli & Associates, P.L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Andrew C. Weiss, Esq. has been promoted to Partner.

Since joining the Firm, Mr. Weiss has served as its lead trial counsel and represented employees in a broad range of employment matters, including wage-and-hour litigation, discrimination, retaliation, and civil rights cases. He has successfully litigated cases in federal and state courts and has helped secure significant recoveries on behalf of workers.

Most recently, Mr. Weiss successfully argued and prevailed before the Supreme Court of New Jersey and obtained a jury verdict on behalf of his client in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, further reflecting his commitment to high-stakes advocacy and trial work.

Mr. Weiss’s promotion reflects his dedication to client advocacy, his litigation accomplishments, and his contributions to the Firm’s continued growth and success.
