On December 15, 2014, Lead Plaintiff Rafael Morales on behalf of himself and those similarly situated filed a class and collective action lawsuit in United States District Court – Eastern District of New York vs. B&M General Renovation, Inc. d/b/a B&M General Renovation, Michael Luong, and Theresa Luong. Mr. Colon worked as a laborer for Defendants from March 2013 through December 2013. He alleges that he worked at least fifty-seven hours per week. In addition, Defendants failed to furnish Mr. Morales with accurate wage statements on each payday as required by the New York Labor Law.
