Firm represented a female staff member against her former employer for race, gender and disability discrimination, in collective violation of Section 1981 of Title 42 of the United States Code(“Section 1981”), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (“Title VII”), the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (“ADA”), the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”) and the New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”).  After sending a demand letter and engaging in negotiations, the case concluded in an expeditious settlement in the amount of $106,150.00.  Alexander T.
