Firm represented a male staff member against his former employer for disability discrimination and retaliation, collectively in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), and the New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”) as well as retaliation under Sections 215 and 740 of the New York Labor Law (“NYLL”) and a host of wage-related violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”).
