$175,000.00– Age and Disability Discrimination and Retaliation

Firm represented a staff member against his former employer for age and disability discrimination and retaliation, in collective violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the New York State Human Rights Law.  After sending a demand letter and attempting to negotiate, the firm filed a civil action in court and aggressively litigated the mater compelling the former employer to engage in mediation where the Firm negotiated a settlement of $175,000.00.  Anthony P.
