Firm represented an employee against their former employer for age, race, and/or sex discrimination and retaliation, in violation of the New York State Human Rights Law.  After filing the case in court, the parties agreed to mediation and shortly thereafter, the case concluded in a settlement in the amount $295,000.00.  Edgar M. Rivera handled the matter for the Firm.
