Firm represented a female staff member against her former employer for race and national origin discrimination, collectively in violation of Section 1981 of Title 42 of the United States Code(“Section 1981”), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (“Title VII”), and New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (“NJLAD”). After sending a demand letter, filing for arbitration, engaging in prolonged discovery and ultimately in negotiations, the case concluded in a pre-hearing settlement in the amount of $335,000.00.  Michael J.
