Domingo Larios v. Carnegie Linen Services, Inc. et al., Case No. 14-cv-04235
On June 11, 2014, Plaintiff Domingo Larios on behalf of himself and all others similarly situated filed a class and collective action lawsuit in in United States District Court – Southern District of New York vs. Carnegie Linen Services, Inc. and Eric Schweitzer. Mr. Larios worked for Defendants performing manual labor, general warehouse work and linen deliveries throughout the state of New York. Mr. Larios alleges he worked between seventy to seventy-five hours each week, but Defendants did not pay him at all for any hours he worked over forty hours per week, did not pay him the statutorily required overtime rate of pay, or provide him with accurate wage statements in violation of New York Labor Law, New York Compensation Codes Rules and Regulations and the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
