On November 11, 2014, Lead Plaintiff Pete Colon on behalf of himself and those similarly situated filed a class and collective action lawsuit in United States District Court – Eastern District of New York vs. Triboro Plumbing and Heating Corp. and Michael Passalacqua. Mr. Colon worked as a laborer for Defendants from March 2013 through December 2013. He alleges that he worked between fifty to eighty hours per week.
